If the world’s going to end, I’m going to Key West.

I spent ten years in southwest Florida and while I was there I dug into the history of that area and eventually the history of the Florida Keys. It was far more fascinating than I expected and resulted in dozens of road trips through the Everglades all the way to Key West.
